How many times have we seen vaporizers performing better than the majority of products on the market, but the battery features are not up to the mark? The original DaVinci Miqro Vaporizer has this issue. However, the DaVinci Micro C Vaporizer was released in 2023 as an improved version that had a USB-C charging port and broader color options than its older version.
For an overview, the DaVinci Micro C Vaporizer has a simpler mode of usage than the DaVinci IQC or DaVinci IQ3 because the manufacturer opted for features like a single-button control mechanism. Other than this, you will find LED indicators instead of the LED grid. It has fairly limited temperature options, but we have several other aspects to cover, so read this review to understand the real value.

Davinci MIQRO C Review: Should you buy?
The DaVinci Miqro C Vaporizer came with the same royal packaging that a past user, like me, can expect. The packing is premium, where I flipped open the box to see my DaVinci Miqro C sitting ready to roll. The device felt smooth, light, and compact enough for comfortable smoking. It had the same feel that you would expect from a DaVinci Tech device.
I found the following accessories inside the box:
- The DaVinci MIQRO-C Vaporizer
- A 18350 Battery
- The Vaporizer Users Manual
- The 10mm Water Adapter
- The Cleaning Tools
- The Alcohol Wipes
- A USB To Type-C Cable
The accessories set was complete since the 10mm water adapter felt like an out-of-the-box component. It ensures water pipe compatibility for the experienced smokers who like filtering and cooling the vapors. Apart from this, the cleaning tools and alcohol wipes were the most generic accessories that a DaVinci product can bring.
Pros
- Premium design and build
- Glass oven for flavor preservation
- Ease-to-set temperature intensities
- Simple LED indicators
- One-button control
- Adjustable chamber size for microdosing
- Fast USB-C charging
Cons
- Short battery life
- Limited temperature settings
- No airflow adjustment
Ergonomic design and build quality
As the name suggests, the DaVinci Micro C Vaporizer is indeed a micro device that is only 80 millimeters tall. The design is vertically oriented with a sleek body that gives soothing vibes with warm vapors. The compact body has a potent heating system enclosed inside the sandblasted aluminum body, which weighs only 87 grams.
You will find a USB-C port on the side of the device and four LED indicators at the front to make handling easy. The chamber is located at the bottom with an insulated spacer that reduces the capacity. The chamber size is ideally small for microdosing. Moreover, the chamber is glass-lined to prevent the taste from being impaired. I personally prefer using the vaporizers with ceramic chambers, but the glass oven does a fine job.
Performance and vaping experience
The DaVinci Miqro C Vaporizer is not as efficient and flavor-preserving as the IQ3 or IQC. Despite this, the vapor quality is on par with other products on the market because the dry herbs do not burn while hitting the highest temperatures. The chamber is glass-lined, with the heat source directly cooking the dry herbs using conduction technology.
Due to the efficiency and power of the conduction smoking, the vapors are prepared within 39 seconds. I had to wait more for the first batch of vapors than I did while using other DaVinci devices. However, anything less than a minute is usually acceptable to most users. Other than the performance, the vapor density and quality are decent. However, the DaVinci Miqro C Vaporizer has no air dial to adjust the airflow. This deficiency is a big miss for a flavor chaser like me.
Battery, charging, and power management
While we think DaVinci Miqro C Vaporizer is not as premium as other devices in the product line, the company has done fairly well to improve the battery stats. Despite the removal of LED grids and mobile app connectivity, the battery lasts only 30 minutes per charging cycle. The performance does not seem impressive, but the charging time is only 90 minutes, which is the shortest for any DaVinci product.
The manufacturer has integrated the DaVinci Miqro C Vaporizer with a USB-C, so you will never feel troubled finding the charging cable. The rechargeability is great, but to compensate for the short battery life, replacement batteries can be used. It is definitely not the perfect traveling companion. However, an extra set of batteries helps increase the running time.
Ease of use and user experience
Using the DaVinci Miqro C Vaporizer is simple. It has a single-button controlling mechanism that helps toggle the temperature intensities conveniently. The device has four LED indicators on its face to present four smart paths. I prefer using vaporizers with precise temperature settings, but the DaVinci Miqro C Vaporizer is meant for easy and on-the-go smoking sessions. Moreover, the LED indicators are more power-saving and a simpler way to control a preset device instead of the OG LED grid.
The temperature range is pretty limited as it starts at 176 and ends at 221 degrees Celsius. The temperature intensities are not high enough for concentrates, but the dry herbs can be evenly cooked. Cleaning this device is as simple as using the cleaning tools inside the package. However, concentrates treat a mess that is difficult to clean.
Safety, reliability, and build integrity
The DaVinci Miqro C Vaporizer has components that are heavy metal tested. This ensures a clean smoking experience without emissions of harmful radiation. Moreover, the Rohs certification adds more credibility to the safety claims made by the company. The components are perfectly sealed to prevent the smoking material from flowing out.
Compatibility and flexibility
You need no e-coil tank or cartridge to use the DaVinci Miqro C Vaporizers. While most simple smoking devices are cartridge compatible, this vaporizer supports both dry herb and concentrate smoking. I still have reservations about concentrate compatibility because it creates a mess in the chamber, and the temperature intensities are not high enough.
Other than this, the DaVinci Miqro C Vaporizer is compatible with waterpipes and dosage pods. The manufacturer does provide a 10mm water adapter for pipe connection. However, you have to purchase the dosage pods separately.
Comparison and alternatives
The DaVinci Miqro C Vaporizer has fairly tough competition, especially from the Pax Plus Vaporizer. However, the latter has a stainless steel chamber and a magnetic charging port. This chamber material impairs the taste of dry herbs, and the charger is hard to find. Both devices have four preset temperature settings available, but you cannot compromise on taste preservation.
Other than this, the DaVinci Miqro C Vaporizer is also compared with devices like the DaVinci IQ3 and IQC. This comparison, in my opinion, is not right because those products offer premium features for a much higher price.
Pricing, Value, and Long-term Cost
The DaVinci Miqro C Vaporizer is available on the official website for $100, which is decent. I love the value that this device offers at such a price because you get an efficient heating system along with flavorful vapors. The maintenance cost is low, as you only need the cleaning tools to scratch off the residue. However, you have to purchase the dosage pods separately for ready-to-cook batches of dry herbs.
User sentiment and Community Feedback
The DaVinci Miqro C Vaporizer is not the most popular amongst the vaping community. Reddit and other unofficial community platforms on the internet state that the battery life of this device is awful, and it is hard to clean & maintain. However, I have mixed thoughts about these complaints.
First of all, the 30-minute battery life might seem insufficient, but the DaVinci Miqro C Vaporizer is meant for small smoking sessions and microdosing. Moreover, the fast charging time compensates for the power stats, not quite, but almost. Other than this, the cleaning mechanism is hard if you do not scratch off the residue regularly or use the device for concentrated smoking.
Final Verdict and Recommendation
The DaVinci Miqro C Vaporizer seems like a very simple and unimpressive device, but the overall value proportion is better than the majority of products available on the internet. Even though the temperature settings are limited and the battery life is short, it is meant for on-the-go usage and microdosing.
I was impressed by the way DaVinci Tech retained its key components, like a compact body and the insulated spacer to adjust the chamber size according to the load quantity. The temperature settings were limited, but each level was distinct enough to serve a purpose.
I recommend the DaVinci Miqro C Vaporizer to all those users who like microdosing. Small sessions and simple usage are what you should look for when using this device.
