I liked the product because of its premium feel and impressive performance, but that does not make it a $349.95 device. Other online products offer almost the same value (or even more) for a lower price. The Stündenglass Modül is unique because it is the only premium digitalizing device for gravity bongs.

I pre-ordered by Stündenglass Modül from the official website for $349.95. While ordering, the device seemed premium due to its features. However, the price was too expensive for a product converting the Gravity Infuser into a digitally-powered device. Read the review to assess what the company has in stock for you. 

Durable metallic build

The Stündenglass Modül integrates a gravity bong system with digital technology. It is a durable vaping system made of anodized aluminum. The casing is lightweight, unlike most electronic devices enclosed inside a metallic shell. You can carry the Stündenglass Modül in the traveling case to keep it safe.

Portability

The sturdy and lightweight metallic body, along with a compact traveling case, makes it easy to carry. However, the Stündenglass Modül is not a stand-alone device because you need the Gravity Infuser or the Dok to use it. It would be best if you considered carrying these while assessing the overall portability of the device. Long battery life and short charging time improve the portability of the Stündenglass Modül.

Intelligent magnetic connection technology

The intelligent magnetic connection technology enables the users to mount it conveniently on the Stündenglass infusers. This technology lets you easily swap the Stündenglass Modül on various gravity bongs. Just remove the magnetic elbow and put the device Modül on. You will feel the magnetic connection when it is put in place.

2.4-inch colored LED screen

The Stündenglass Modül has a 2.4-inch colored LED screen integrated into the face. It enables changing the settings for tailored smoking sessions. The LED screen has an interactive user interface. Moreover, you can rotate the dial, which allows toggling options on the screen. 

Tank connection and dial

The tank connection is on top of the device with a carb cap that maintains the airflow. The airflow never stops because the carb hole sucks the air into the chamber when you make a draw. The side has a dial to toggle and select various settings. 

Heating tank

The Stündenglass Modül is compatible with two tanks. You can select a tank depending on the type of material you smoke. The company sells dry herb and concentrate tanks in its store. The dry herb tank is all-quartz with a stainless steel heating element. It operates at 80 watts of power and lacks the exposed coil to prevent combustion. 

The concentrate tank is all-quartz as well. It has a stainless steel heating element with an exposed coil for strong vapors and effective heating. The Stündenglass Modül detects the tank type automatically. The type is shown at the bottom right side of the 2.4-inch colored LED screen. I recommend cleaning the tread connections before attaching the tank to the device. 

Heating time

The Stündenglass Modül tanks are almost combustion-free, so the vapor quality is never impaired. The heating time is short as it ranges between 15 and 45 seconds. It never keeps you waiting when you are smoking after a tiring day at work. The heating system operates on conduction technology. Whether smoking dry herbs or cooking your favorite concentrate, the result will be timely and flavorful.   

Controlling features 

To turn on the Stündenglass Modül, press and hold the dial button for three seconds. Rotate the dial to toggle options. The selected tab is highlighted when you opt for heating activation, session timer, temperature control, or settings menu. Press the dial to lock the selection. 

Convenient heat activation 

Selecting the heat activation mode allows you to heat the material at the locked temperature intensity. When the mode is activated, a circle appears on the screen. A complete circle would mean that the vapors are ready. Pressing the dial again will cancel the heat activation mode midway. 

Adjustable session timer

The session timer settings are my favorite because they allow you to choose a suitable duration. The available session timing depends on the type of tank you are using. I own a dry herb tank that enables selecting session duration up to 30 seconds. The same session duration lasts 60 seconds when a concentrate tank is used. Rotating and pressing the dial locks the right session timing for your smoking needs. 

Versatile temperature settings

The Stündenglass Modül is integrated with temperature settings that complement the suitable material. Toggle and select the temperature setting mode. Temperature settings are only accessible when a concentrate tank is fixed on it. The concentrate tank can be heated between 392 and 932 degrees Fahrenheit. However, these temperature settings disappear when a dry herb tank is fixed to the Stündenglass Modül. The device is meant to heat dry herbs at the same temperature intensity. 

Sufficient setting menu

Toggling and selecting the settings menu will open various options to explore. You can change the temperature unit from Celsius to Fahrenheit and vice versa. The Stündenglass Modül lets you change the screen brightness and the color scheme. I loved the innovative lock feature that helps to prevent Stündenglass Modül from turning on quickly.

Cleaning the device

Cleaning the Stündenglass Modül is simple. It would be best if you rubbed off the residue between each smoking session. The residue accumulates quickly when a concentrate tank is used. In the case of using the dry herb tank, removing ash when the material is consumed entirely is essential. 

After every session, wait for the carb cap and tank to cool down. Clean the tank base and the thread connection with a cotton swab. A deep clean is recommended after long, intense sessions. You can use an alcohol solution to soften the stubborn residue. 

Battery capacity and life

The Stündenglass Modül has a 6000 mAh rechargeable battery. It is capable of delivering approximately 50 sessions per charge. This battery performance is better than most vaporizers on the market, as you can use it to smoke with your friends. Carrying the Stündenglass Modül is manageable despite its big battery size. It comes with a carrying case that protects the battery and screen.

Fast-charging USB-C technology 

The charging port is USB-C for fast and uninterrupted battery refill. It comes with a USB-C cable that provides a consistent flow of current. The battery recharge time is as short as two hours.
